📄 Terms & Conditions – Sauna Oeste

1. Rental Service

Sauna-Oeste rents out mobile saunas on trailers, delivered directly to the customer’s specified location within Portugal.

2. Rental Duration

Our mobile saunas are available for daily rentals. The rental period and delivery/collection times will be agreed upon in advance.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup of the sauna are carried out by Sauna-Oeste. Please ensure that your location is accessible and suitable for parking the trailer.

4. Deposit

A €50 security deposit is required at the time of delivery. This deposit will be refunded after the sauna is returned in clean and proper condition.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• The sauna must be used responsibly and in accordance with safety guidelines provided upon delivery.

• The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period.

• The sauna must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Cleaning fees may be deducted from the deposit if necessary.

6. Liability

Sauna-Oeste is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the improper use of the sauna.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Place of jurisdiction is the business location of Sauna-Oeste.
